Comprehensive O&M

ARDRA POWER shall Operate and Maintain the Solar Plant they are able to meet the required PV Plant performance and Performance Ratio and keep power losses within specific values.

ARDRA POWER shall always ensure preventive maintenance activities to improve availability and maintain generation.

Preventative and corrective maintenance activities shall be as per the Standard Operating Procedure mutually agreed. These include, but are not limited to the following:

• a. Tracking daily PV Plant performance, and identifying & rectifying faulty strings.
• b. Checking solar insolation level by measuring device & record daily solar insolation levels
• c. Repair, minimizing downtime in response to system’s alarms
• d. Inverter maintenance operations according to plan provided by manufacturer
• e. Routine check of inverter cabinets
• f. Preventative and corrective maintenance of the transformers as per the operations and maintenance manuals / guidelines specified by the manufacturer
• g. Checking items prone to corrosion viz. mounting structures, all MS items on regular intervals (minimum once in a year) and any replace of damaged items with cost to Owner/Developer
• h. Quarterly checking operation of Air conditioning / Air handling equipment and cleaning of filters
• i. Quarterly checking of ventilation openings, lighting, leakages, etc, and correction as required
• j. Checking & routine maintenance of the battery & battery charger as per the operations and maintenance manuals / guidelines specified by the manufacturer. Any replacement of the battery bank against out ofwarranty will be additionally chargeable to Owner/Developer.
• k. ARDRA POWER will support Owner/Developer for getting all kinds of approvals as may be required from local service provider/CIEG or any other authority such from time to time. However, any statutory &misc fees and costs required for such approvals shall be payable by Owner/Developer.
• l. All spare parts or any other things required for maintenance of project shall be provided by Owner/Developer at free of cost or chargeable to Owner/develop at actuals.
• m. During O&M all the consumables such as fuses, fire extinguishers, lighting arrestors etc. will be chargeable at actuals to the Owner/developer.
• n. ARDRA POWER shall maintain the PV plant lighting system, security systems, fire safety equipment etc in good working condition. Necessary repair & replacement shall be done during the O & M period. In the case of theft and vandalism the damages will be corrected as per the actual cost, which shall be chargeable to Owner/Developer at actuals.

Information regarding the Plant:

ARDRA POWER shall maintain, at a location acceptable to Owner/Developer, the Plant operating logs, records, and reports that document the operation and maintenance of the Plant, in form and substance to meet reporting requirements as prescribed by Owner/Developer or any statutory authority.

ARDRA POWER shall maintain current revisions of drawings, specifications, lists, clarifications and other materials related to operation and maintenance of the Plant provided to ARDRA POWER by Owner/Developer or by other Vendors.

ARDRA POWER shall provide to Owner/Developer daily generation report by email or fax and also a monthly report before 5th of every month on the energy generation details, grid outage if any for the previous month. The daily report should be sent by 10 am on next day.

ARDRA POWER shall also provide a yearly report containing information regarding incidents affecting the Plant, as well as providing calculation of the production figures achieved. This report shall be provided within 30 days of the end of each O&M year.

Throughout the O&M period the asset insurance will be taken by Owner/Developer for fire and natural calamities.

Exclusions:

• a)Annual statutory inspection.
• b) Security for the site.
• c) Suitable Internet availability at site
• d) Water arrangement for module cleaning
